How to Uninstall the App

Remove Uppa safely from your store without affecting your existing orders or customer data.

Uninstalling from Your Store

From your Shopify admin:

1. Go to Apps in your admin sidebar
2. Find Uppa in your installed apps
3. Click the three dots menu (⋯) next to the app name
4. Select "Uninstall" and confirm when prompted

The uninstallation process is immediate and automatic.

What Happens During Uninstallation

Immediate changes:

• All bundle widgets disappear from your storefront
• Bundle-related automatic discounts are removed from Shopify
• Billing stops immediately (no prorated charges)

Data preservation:

• Your bundle configurations are saved for 30 days in case you want to reinstall
• Past order data and customer information remain unchanged
• No impact on existing customer accounts or order history

After Uninstalling

Automatic cleanup: Uppa removes all traces of itself from your store automatically. You don't need to manually clean anything.

Optional manual cleanup: If you want to be thorough:

• Theme blocks: Disabled bundle blocks remain in your theme (harmless but can be removed in the theme editor)
• Product descriptions: Remove any manual mentions of bundle offers you may have added

Reinstalling: If you change your mind within 30 days, reinstalling will restore all your previous bundle configurations exactly as they were.
